Our goal after initial campaign setup is to give you as much freedom as we can. While the rest of the team works behind the scenes to make sure your campaigns are successful, your dedicated account manager will keep you informed of any developments regarding your account.

To get updates and ask any questions, you can choose to have weekly, biweekly, or monthly progress calls with your account manager. Communication can be as frequent or infrequent as you desire.

Your account manager will also be accessible on Slack, with an average response time of under 6 hours, to address any issues or concerns you may have. We won’t ever hesitate to inform you of any updates if you need to be aware of them.
